We are a local organic bakery, attach great importance to quality and are only supplied by regional companies. We are happy to be part of this great project and hope for a lot of success. Our bakery has been around since 1962 with our youngest ladies (jana and sofie) in the 4th generation. We are a family business with around 20 employees. We attach great importance to quality and have specialized in hotel products. We obtain our ingredients exclusively from regional suppliers and do not use fermentation interruption systems and therefore produce everything fresh every day with trained staff and, of course, also train apprentices. We are currently at 5 locations in the tauferer-ahrntal, from st. Jakob to sand in taufers. St. Jakob is our youngest location and was completed and opened at the end of 2014.
