Here's how it works: 1. Register here for free or log in. 2. Here in the SANUSLIFE Marketplace, click on Best Deals and then on the logo of the company you want to shop from. 3. You will now be redirected to the brand shop, the tracking tool will then allow the SANUSCREDITS to be credited. 4. Do your shopping directly in the selected brand shop. 5. After payment, you will receive your cashback in the form of SANUSCREDITS credited to your S C account. 6. At the same time, part of the purchase amount is donated and part is paid out as a referral commission. For organizational reasons, this only takes place after the partner company has paid the percentage to SANUSLIFE , which can take up to 40 days on average.

Please also note that both the purchase of Gift Cards and Best Deals can currently be processed via traditional payment methods and not via SANUSPAY .

The biggest advantage, however, is that you will receive the SANUSCREDITS immediately and they will be converted into SANUSCOINS the following month. In addition, at least 5% of the amount that the brand shop offers as cashback goes to the SANUSPLANET Foundation.

1. What are Best Deals? Best Deals are special offers from brand stores around the world where you receive cashback in the form of SANUSCREDITS for your purchase. At the same time, you ensure that SANUSLIFE donates part of the brand shop cashback amount to the SANUSPLANET Foundation.

2. When will I receive my Best Deal cashback? Immediately, normally within 24 hours.  In exceptional cases it can take up to 10 days. If you still have not received cashback after this period of time, please contact our support team with your purchase confirmation.

3. When are donations and QV points paid out for Best Deals? On average after 45 days.

4. Why does Best Deals billing take so long? This is because we are connected to an extensive global brand network here. The billing systems are therefore complex and complicated.

5. What does “up to xy cashback” mean? We work with various brand shops worldwide, which can award different cashbacks depending on the product category and product range. For example, a branded electrical and household appliance store may offer 5% cashback on televisions and 7% cashback on washing machines. If the highest cashback in one of its product categories or product range is 9%, then its ad will say “up to 9% cashback”, which translates as “up to 9% cashback”.

6. Is the SANUSCREDITS cashback limited per month or do I get SANUSCREDITS with every purchase? You will receive SANUSCREDITS with every purchase, no matter how often or how much you purchase. However, please note that if you make an unusually frequent purchase from a brand store and have multiple SANUSCREDITS cashbacks outstanding, we may contact you to prevent fraud, trickery and violations of our Terms of Service.

7. will I receive SC Cashback immediately, even if I pay for my stay in cash on site? Yes, you will receive SC Cashback immediately after each booking.

9. Why is my Best Deal brand store no longer supported? If your dealer no longer appears on the Best Deals page, it may be that our relationship has changed and they are no longer part of our network.

10. What is the formula used to calculate the euro or percent cashback in SANUSCREDITS?

Formula : Euro best deal sum x 190% x 100 = SANUSCREDITS credit It is also important to distinguish whether the deal is calculated on a euro or percentage basis.

Example 1 : Best Deal 10 percent (%) For a product that costs €50 net, the Best Deal is €5 (= 10% on €50). To find out how much SANUSCREDITS are, calculate 5 x 190% = 9.5 SANUSCREDITS . Multiplied by the “Super Bonus 100”, that makes 9.5 x 100 = 950 SANUSCREDITS (plus 5-30% SANUSCREDITS shopping bonus for a special item).

Example 2 : Best Deal 10 Euro (€) For aThe Best Deal for a product is €10. To find out how much SANUSCREDITS are, calculate 10 x 190% = 19 SANUSCREDITS . Multiplied by the “Super Bonus 100”, that makes 19 x 100 = 1,900 SANUSCREDITS (plus 5-30% SANUSCREDITS shopping bonus for a special item).

11. What is the formula used to calculate the donation to SANUSPLANET?

Formula : Euro Best Deal amount x SANUSPLANET percentage = Euro donation amount for the foundation

Example 1 : Best Deal 10 percent (%) For a product that costs €50 net, the Best Deal is €5 (= 10% on €50). To find out how high the donation is for SANUSPLANET , calculate €5 x 5% = €0.25. In this case, €0.25 goes as a donation to the SANUSPLANET Foundation.

Example 2 : Best Deal 10 Euro (€) For a product the Best Deal is 10 €. To find out how much you can donate to SANUSPLANET , calculate €10 x 5% = €0.5. In this case, €0.5 goes as a donation to the SANUSPLANET Foundation.
