About Better 4 Horses & Dogs
The name CME is the simple abbreviation of my initials, my name is CHRISTIAN MÜLLER-EHRENBERG (Dr. med. vet)., founder of CME Horses GmbH.
The special feeds I developed for horses have been available in Germany for over a decade - stabilized rice husk bran as concentrated feed and mushroom mixtures as supplementary feed.
Initially met with some ridicule, the products have long since been recognized, widely used and proven in practice. They are recommended and prescribed by veterinarians and animal health practitioners far beyond Germany's borders.
While I was studying veterinary medicine, I began to look into the topic of optimal horse feeding to increase performance and to prevent or support all kinds of health problems. As a show jumper in the advanced class, as an employee of the Holsteiner Association in the USA, as a trainer of first-class horses, a coach, course leader and as a product manager for well-known feed manufacturers, I was naturally very interested in these topics and, in addition to my medical practice, I also gained extremely valuable experience in these areas.
The result of my comprehensive know-how is a selected range of high-quality products that are tailored to modern, balanced and health-promoting horse nutrition and care – in keeping with my philosophy: Better4Horses.
