I am Doreen Amlung, the founder of DORA:COACHING and your life compass coach for holistic well-being.
Even as a child, I was fascinated by health issues, but my path initially led me into management at a large automobile company. However, my passion for health and inner well-being never left me - especially because I myself experienced a challenging journey through physical and mental hurdles. Through numerous training courses in holistic health and coaching, I found ways to heal myself and reorient my life.
For over 8 years I have been passing on this knowledge to help others find their own balance. My goal is to support you in finding your clarity, aligning your inner compass and discovering the right solutions for your mental and physical challenges.
My husband Silvio Amlung, with over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, forms the physical pillar of DORA:COACHING.
Together we bring body and mind into harmony to offer you comprehensive and holistic coaching.
