Hello, nice that you found your way to me.
My name is Jasmin Scholz and I live with my husband in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.
Until recently, I was still living in Mannheim. At the time, my health was not at all good, my reserves were exhausted and I was close to burnout. At that point, my best friend and my not-yet-husband were at my side. But that didn't solve all my worries and fears.
I found a way out of this unhealthy and precarious situation. My self-esteem and my enthusiasm for life returned. All of my cogs started moving in a positive direction again.
You have made your way here and you have met me. Just as I have discovered my love for myself, my trust in myself and more and more courage within myself, I would like to bring you back in this direction. Listening to your body and knowing what it needs and liking it again is very important and I would like to offer you this chance.
I lost 10 kg and at the same time strengthened my mentality, so that I now do things that I would never have dared to do before. I want to give you this confidence and courage, step by step.
