Hello, nice to have you here.
My name is Sabrina Losbichler and I live with my family in Austria.
I created "Change your lifestyle" because I drastically changed my lifestyle a few years ago.
I lost 45 kg and not only did a big dream come true. I was finally able to feel comfortable in my own skin again... I had never had this feeling before - not even as a child.
So I decided to help as many people as possible to achieve this physical feeling using the best method that has worked perfectly for me for years. I have personally been able to help over 250 participants achieve this happiness.
I feel full of energy and at peace with myself. During the day I could tear down trees, I manage to juggle work and family, even with the nerves required to do so... and at night I sleep like a baby.
