Women often have to fulfill two roles: work, housework, children... and so on, and there is a lot of stress to be laughed at together in a group.
If the weather is dry and nice, we go for a laughter walk in the beautiful outdoor area of the yoga school.
We spend the lunch break together with a bring-your-own buffet.
