Alkaline baths can eliminate tiring acids and other harmful metabolic end products through the skin.

The base of E&M Vital is a unique mixture of natural minerals, high-quality, pure natural salt mined according to lunar rhythms and a finely ground gemstone powder mixture of garnet, carnelian, citrine, rhodochrosite, chalcedony, lapis lazuli and amethyst.

For an alkaline full bath, use 3 to 5 tablespoons of the base, depending on the water hardness, and enjoy the bath at a temperature of approx. 37 to 38 °C for at least 30 to 60 minutes.
