The daily magnesium requirement for men is about 420 mg (in Europe 350 mg), for women 320 mg (in Europe 300 mg). However, the usual Western diet only provides half of this amount of magnesium.
Application
Prepare the brine: Add 33g = 4 teaspoons of magnesium chloride to 1 liter of water (glass bottle). Rinse mouth thoroughly with 15-20ml for 30 seconds twice a day after brushing your teeth and then swallow.
Prepare brine for bathing: Approx. 50 g for a 5L foot bath. 10-500g for a bath and 20 minutes duration

Difference between Zechsteiner Magnesium and Dead Sea Magnesium Chloride?
The magnesium chloride from the Dead Sea (North) comes from layers 30 - 50 m deep. These layers of varying concentrations have not mixed for the last 3 - 4 million years. The mixture is pumped into the 210 km2 Dead Sea (South) basin (whose level is at -400 m).
The South Dead Sea is only 6 - 8 m deep. When a layer of 0.7 - 1 mm thick MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE has crystallized on the water, the harvest begins, similar to the Camargue where the famous "Fleur de Sel" is extracted.
The skimmed magnesium chloride is dried in large basins in the sun and then packaged or processed into other products.
