This product contains the trace element zinc, bound to the amino acid L-methionine . In this form, zinc is particularly well absorbed.

Zinc is an essential trace element for our immune system and strengthens our defenses .
In combination with vitamin C, zinc can significantly reduce the recovery time from colds .
Zinc is important for maintaining healthy hair, skin and nails .
Also as protection against oxidative stress and the binding of free radicals .
It also helps maintain vision and bones .

During reproduction , it plays a key role in the formation of proteins that are needed for hormones.
