I have been committed to marine and environmental protection, animal and human rights for over 10 years. For over 36 months I supported the marine conservation organization Sea Shepherd as a team leader, media officer, diver, underwater camerawoman, drone pilot, vegan cook and boatwoman on the high seas. In order to recover ghost nets and other rubbish from the seas more safely and to support other great projects, I completed my training as a diving instructor and coral planting trainer.
Since 2018 I have been working on the documentary "HOPE", which is about my search for hope for this world.
In 2020 my first (vegan cookery) book entitled “LET THE SAU OUT” was published and in 2021 my second book “HOPE - Everyone can change the world” was published.
With my work, I would like to inspire as many people as possible to work for a better world. I have already been able to do this in over 850 lectures/workshops in public institutions, from kindergartens to universities and beyond.
For this reason, I also offer my keynotes on various topics for company events.
