"That can't be all there is to life" - that's my inner wake-up call after 19 years of university career (as a manager, human resources developer, academic trainer, works council chair for 1,000 employees). My idealism was devoured by the bureaucratic monster, my energy was dominated by practical constraints. Today I know that we create our own prison - but we can also design our own escape route and new beginning.
Through my training as an awareness trainer, I learned to use the power of thoughts and feelings to build my life the way I want to live it. Self-determined and free. For me, that meant: Goodbye, university, "Welcome Bali" - because that's where I live most of the year. I've freed myself from the job security trap that I've been stuck in for years and I love my new life of independence.
I will teach you everything you need to finally put YOURSELF and your DREAMS at the FOCUS. Because I am firmly convinced that EVERYONE can lead a self-determined, fulfilled life, free from worries and doubts.
