This premium single-variety olive oil is produced by one of the most nationally and internationally awarded olive oil producers: the Cutrera family (Sicily). It is a top-quality single-variety olive oil of the Nocellara variety. The olives for this exceptional oil come exclusively from the Cutrera family's olive groves.
The olives for this fine oil were harvested from October 1st to 15th and immediately processed in the Cutrera family's ultra-modern in-house frantoio. Only immediate processing of the carefully harvested olives makes it possible to produce a premium olive oil that not only stands out for its excellent smell and taste, but also for its high polyphenol content.
This olive oil from the Nocellara variety has a scent with notes of green tomatoes and artichokes - and a medium-fruity taste with a balanced balance between spiciness and bitterness. It therefore goes well with all dishes and is very versatile in the kitchen.
