The juice of organic apples is the basis for this fruity balsamic vinegar.

This is fermented into vinegar and refined with boiled apple and raspberry juice before it is allowed to mature in oak barrels.

Ingredients:

Apple cider vinegar, concentrated apple juice (12%), concentrated raspberry juice (7%)

all ingredients from controlled organic farming

Ölmühle Raab - High-quality cooking oils from regional seeds

Christiane and Thomas Raab run their organic farm in the Eferding Basin.

Since 2005 there has also been an oil mill on site.

They source sunflowers, linseed, soy, hemp and thistle 100% from Austrian organic farmers and most of them directly from the region or the surrounding communities.

All seeds that are not available in Austria are obtained from organic-certified trading partners.

The gentle pressing process ensures that the temperatures remain below 40 °C. This means that all ingredients, vitamins and fat-related substances are retained. The oils are then simply filtered to remove any impurities and bottled as quickly as possible. All oils are untreated and free from additives.
