1 kg of Xucker Premium – also called xylitol or birch sugar – from Finland.
The original material of Xucker premium is wood, which is produced in Germany and its neighboring countries Austria and Switzerland from sustainable forestry and processed in Finland.
In contrast to other - much cheaper imported goods - it is made exclusively from wood and not from corn plant fibers. Of course, production is resource-saving through controlled water and energy consumption in order to significantly reduce the amount of CO2 generated during production.
Due to its natural sweetness, xylitol can be used as a 1:1 replacement for household sugar.
- for low-calorie sweetening of food and drinks
- contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralization
- very low glycemic index (7-13)
- easily soluble
- preserved like sugar
Areas of use: Xylitol dissolves well in hot and cold drinks and food. Whether you are baking cakes and biscuits, making jam and ice cream, sweetening desserts or sauces, or making syrup - with xylitol you will always find the right sweetness. Please note that this is a natural product and not every can may have the same grain size. In addition, xylitol tends to clump even in the closed can. However, these clumps dissolve again very easily. This has no influence on the quality and purity of the product.
Important note! Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Keep away from animals! Even small amounts of xylitol can be dangerous for dogs . Cats, on the other hand, tolerate Xucker-Xylitol without any problems.
