Lucia's ORGANIC LUXURY LARD with roasted onion pieces is a purely vegetable fat and therefore also suitable for a vegan diet. It consists of organic virgin coconut oil (VCO = coconut fat), organic linseed oil, roasted organic onion pieces and organic wheat germ oil. Luxury lard is poured over the still warm dishes after cooking or frying. It tastes great as a spread on bread, e.g. supplemented with fresh herbs or with cheese. It is also ideal for refining vegetable and potato dishes, soups and pestos.

The roasted onion pieces give it a delicately spicy taste.
