The work philosophy
The focus of my work is on people, their concerns and ideas. My aim is to focus entirely on these concerns and to work together with my clients to achieve their goals.
The requirement for myself is:
The exclusion of all assumptions and hypotheses in favor of grasping the NOW situation with all senses. This attitude implies absolute acceptance of what is revealed, without judgment. This accepting attitude should enable the client to show themselves.
My worldview is based on a systemic constructivist attitude, which, among other things, also states that behind many of the unresolved issues and ambiguities in the life of every individual there are very often system violations.
The basis of my work is therefore dealing with the essential fields in which we are involved: the client's system, the respective family system, the social system, the company, all other systems related to the issue.
Changes and solutions can be achieved if attention is paid to all the systems involved. The path leads from recognizing the background to observing and appreciating the status quo. Only when the "standpoint" is clearly established can steps towards a solution be considered.
Only when I know the direction can I follow the path.
