Preparation of dilutions
Pour in magnesium oil up to the corresponding mark and then top up with water up to the upper mark.

Local application
vitamagic® Magnesium Oil can be used as a concentrated solution or in diluted form. For daily use, massage arms, shoulders or legs with it. vitamagic® Magnesium Oil is particularly suitable for sporty fitness massages after physical exertion. The solution can be left on the skin or washed off with water after about 15 minutes. Also suitable as a bath additive for full baths (approx. 500 ml) or foot baths (approx. 150 - 200 ml).
Hints
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds. Do not apply to freshly shaved areas. Wash hands after application. May cause a slight tingling, itching or feeling of warmth in people with particularly sensitive skin. Keep out of the reach of children.
