Every coaching session also serves as a basis for scientific research. These experiences are then incorporated into this effective Spirit.Coaching.
Coaching:
How do we work with you?
Introductory and final interview with research form
1:1 coaching either personal meeting, Skype or Zoom depending on where you live!
A total of 8 - 12 sessions spread over 3-4 months
- You get the time you need
Between appointments you work on your tasks
Support with questions and challenges at any time also via email
Through intensive cooperation, you no longer fall back into your old patterns, but internalize your new path
In the first two years, every six months, a sustainability coaching session
