Description
Lactoferrin is a multifunctional, endogenous protein that has the ability to bind and transport iron. It keeps the concentration of free iron low and is part of the healthy intestinal flora. Among other things, iron strengthens our immune system, helps with fatigue and promotes our energy metabolism. Lactoferrin is found, for example, in our respiratory tract, in our gastrointestinal tract, in our bile, in our pancreatic secretions and in our mucous membranes.
We receive the largest amount of lactoferrin directly after birth with colostrum (7 g/l) and through breast milk (1-2 g/l). After that, it is our body's job to produce lactoferrin itself. This can be stimulated, for example, by physical activity on an empty stomach.
Highly industrially processed foods, long-term stress or the influence of toxins reduce our body's lactoferrin reserves. In this case, we recommend taking Bonusan Lactoferrin 150 mg. Each capsule contains 150 mg of natural lactoferrin. If a higher dosage is preferred, we recommend the product Lactoferrin 300 mg.
What's new is that natural rice extract is used as an excipient specifically for this product in order to stay as close as possible to the natural active ingredients. In addition, the new, vegetarian DRcaps® protect the capsule contents from possible degradation by stomach acid and transport the lactoferrin into our intestines.
Lactoferrin is also extracted from the natural raw material of cow's milk. Therefore, it is possible that there may be small differences in the color of the capsule contents in different batches. However, this does not affect the quality of the product.
To ensure greater effectiveness of the lactoferrin, the product has been purified and does not contain any amounts of LPS (lipopolysaccharides). A total content of more than 95% lactoferrin (purified from LPS) is achieved per capsule.
Application
Unless otherwise recommended, take one capsule daily with or immediately after food.
