Marshmallow leaf, lemon balm leaf, peppermint leaf, agrimony, lady's mantle, cinquefoil, yarrow, knotweed, lungwort, grass root, guaiac wood, juniper wood, red sandalwood, burnet root, lavender flowers, mallow flowers, peony leaves, mullein flowers, sweet fennel, cornflower flowers.
Preparation:
Use four heaped teaspoons for one liter of tea.
Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes.
Recommendation:
You can drink up to 1 liter, preferably by the afternoon. Drink plenty of water with it. To achieve a better effect, the metabolism tea should be drunk alternately with the other energy teas.
