Please note that due to the increasing number of damages during delivery, we will in future only be able to accept transport damage that has been documented by the driver of the respective shipping company. According to Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), goods must be inspected by the buyer immediately after receipt and any defects or shortages must be reported immediately. Otherwise, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition and the buyer is no longer entitled to a warranty. If it is not possible to inspect the goods thoroughly directly due to lack of time or other reasons, the customer should only accept goods "subject to reservation", i.e. he should only sign the consignment note with the addition "subject to reservation". Otherwise, we cannot claim transport damage from the shipping companies and therefore do not accept any liability for damage to goods that were not accepted "subject to reservation" or for which damage was documented and reported directly.
