Preparation of the brine with original water & salt crystal salt:
➡️ Put several chunks of crystal salt in a clean, sealable jar and fill it with good, low-mineral water
➡️ Fill with water so that the crystal salt stones are well covered.
➡️ After about two hours, a ready-to-use, 26% saturated brine solution was created.
➡️ The crystals will no longer dissolve any further.
➡️ For your brine drinking treatment, take a maximum of a teaspoon of concentrated brine and add it to a glass of water - stir well!
➡️ If the concentrated brine runs out, add water again.
➡️ Make sure that there is always a crystal visible in the concentrated brine. This is the only way you can be sure that the brine is saturated.
