Lucia's ORGANIC LUXURY LARD is a purely vegetable fat and therefore also suitable for a vegan diet.
It consists of organic virgin coconut oil (VCO), organic linseed oil, organic onions and organic garlic.
Luxury lard is poured over the still warm dishes after cooking or frying.
With its spicy aroma, it refines vegetable dishes, soups and pestos.
It is also ideal as a spread on bread, complemented with fresh herbs or, for example, under cheese.
VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) naturally contains valuable MCT fats (medium-chain saturated fatty acids).

Lucia's ORGANIC LUXURY LARD is a purely vegetable fat and therefore also suitable for a vegan diet. It consists of organic virgin coconut oil (VCO = coconut fat), organic linseed oil, organic onions and organic garlic. Luxury lard is poured over the still warm dishes after cooking or frying. With its spicy aroma, it refines vegetable dishes, soups and pestos. It is also ideal as a spread on bread, supplemented with fresh herbs or, for example, under cheese. VCO (virgin coconut oil) naturally contains valuable MCT fats (medium-chain saturated fatty acids).

Tip:

Try it on bread with fresh herbs and chopped onions.
Together with a little soy sauce, sauces and soups get an incomparably spicy taste.

Note: Please never heat Lucia's organic luxury lard above 45°C because of the linseed oil it contains. Therefore, please only add it to hot dishes when you are eating it. Please store it in a cool place in the refrigerator, protected from light.
