Developing recipes like this has been my specialty for many years.
I worked alongside star chef Alfons Schuhbeck for over 25 years. As the director of his cooking school for many years, I held a variety of cooking courses, developed recipes for over 80 of his cookbooks and was largely responsible for the technical kitchen process of the cooking show “Schuhbecks” on Bavarian television.
I develop tailor-made cooking recipes in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Whether the dishes are for quick, light, seasonal, regional cuisine or would rather have an oriental touch - everything is possible.
