Product information "GSH Glutathione 100mg | Capsules 60 pcs."
Advantages ✓ Contains only reduced L-glutathione (GSH) ✓ Minimal degradation by intestinal proteases ✓ High dose of 100 mg glutathione per capsule
composition
One vegetarian capsule contains:
- GSH (reduced L-glutathione) 100 mg
Description Glutathione is a substance produced by the body and found in almost all cell types. Glutathione is a tripeptide composed of the amino acids cysteine, glycine and glutamic acid.
The highest concentrations of glutathione are found in liver cells, body barriers (epithelial cells) and mucous membranes. The availability of CYSTEINE (NAC-N-Acethyl Cysteine) plays a key role here, as its concentration is the limiting factor in the synthesis process.
Glutathione levels can decrease with age due to environmental stress (e.g. environmental toxins) or illness. Regular use of medications (e.g. paracetamol) in particular depletes enormous amounts of glutathione.
In addition, due to genetic variations, some people naturally have a better ability to produce glutathione and others a less efficient one. Therefore, supplemental glutathione intake in addition to a healthy and varied diet can be important.
L-Glutathione:
- is the most important intracellular cell protection (electron supplier -300mV)
- is increasingly consumed by inflammation
- requires selenium for regeneration
- is cell membrane protection “lipid oxidation”
- protects the liver
- is reduced in the brain in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's
- is reduced by up to 60% in high-performance sports
- the need increases due to medication, inflammation and stress
L-glutathione is found in small amounts in our food. Asparagus, avocado and spinach are rich sources. Garlic, onions and broccoli also contain building blocks from which the body can synthesize L-glutathione. The strict quality control at Bonusan ensures that this product only contains the active form of glutathione. Of course, you can also rely on the best absorption and effectiveness with this product.
Application Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 capsule daily during or shortly after a meal. If you take less than 100 mg of glutathione daily, there is a risk that too high a proportion of glutathione will be broken down by proteases. The proteases can be avoided by dissolving the contents of the capsule in water, stirring well and drinking it straight away. Research has shown that direct contact of glutathione with the oral mucosa promotes absorption. With the normal intake of glutathione capsules in a dose of 100 mg to 200 mg daily, more than 60% of GSH appears to be absorbed. The surprisingly high bioavailability appears to be related to the recent discovery of a special absorption system for glutathione in the intestinal wall. The relationship between the speed of absorption and the dosage is not linear. If you take more, the absorption efficiency decreases. The capsule can be opened if you have difficulty swallowing.
Interactions with other medicines and healthcare products are possible. Expert advice should be sought.
Tip: Cordiceps (caterpillar fungus) and vitamin B5 increase the cellular GSH level by up to 300>#/p###
