Emma's Coffee
100% Arabica - 100% organic - 100% fair trade - alkaline
I am particularly pleased to have the coffee from Emma's coffee factory in Kallham in my range.
Chief certified coffee sommelier and master roaster Michael Pauzenberger has been producing coffee in its finest, most delicious and most digestible form since 2014.
All varieties are 100% organic and fairly traded. Only Arabica beans from the highlands are used. But that's not the only thing that sets Emma's coffee apart.
The high-quality raw materials are further processed in a gentle roasting process. At just over 200°C (in contrast to around 600°C for conventional mass-produced goods), the coffee beans achieve their exceptional aroma.
Due to the high-quality raw material and the gentle roasting, Michael's coffee is an alkaline food.
This was also confirmed by the FH Wels, which determined the PRAL values.
Contrary to the widespread belief that coffee makes our bodies too acidic and should not be consumed during fasting, Emma's coffees can be enjoyed safely and are therefore a must-have for all health-conscious connoisseurs who do not want to do without their coffee.
